The Academic Committee was established in 2013 and consists of academics from Australia and New Zealand who teach and conduct research on major topics in banking and finance law, including retail and corporate banking, corporate finance and fundraising, PPSA and secured transactions, financial services regulation, consumer credit, insolvency and other sub-disciplinary areas.
