All these stars go to the person “Cem” who helped us in the store. We had a really bad experience with the Fremont living space and the product they sold us, but we desperately needed a sofa, so we decided to go to their other store which is in Millbrae. Not only did this guy have all the patience in the world with us when we chose the sofa, but also helped us get free shipping after hearing our last experience and reviewing the old condition of the sofa. He also helped us finish the sofa that would best fit the size of our living room. In terms of store, it is very neat and clean, but has fewer choices than Fremont. Although there are fewer people and the staff is more friendly. If I could give less than one star, I would. We bought a $22 outlet dining chair here. We waited an hour for them to give us the chair so we could leave. We have already paid for it and we are still waiting for it at the dock right now.
And no, they are not busy. If I had known that I would have to wait so long for an item, I would not have bought it. We wanted to furnish our entire living room from here. no thanks, we`re on our way to Ashley`s Homestore. It`s more than crazy. We will not be back. Never. Living Spaces gave us a $75 gift card to get us off the delivery route without notice. THE 1st time, therefore, after everything was said and done, we called back 2 days later and they said they would compensate us with a $100 gift card for any inconvenience on their part. We received $75 Giift cards! Leave the LIVING SPACES disappointed until the end and do not follow their WORD!!! You deserve ZERO stars. Terrible service. There are so many other furniture stores with better furniture, services and prices.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We should never have ordered our daughter`s bedroom set from this company. It all started when our daughter liked a room set she had in October 2019. We waited a few weeks for the product to be replenished. After it was restocked in December, we placed the order. They guaranteed delivery on December 26. I got a call a few days before saying our order was delayed and they would call as soon as they arrived at the warehouse. We never received a confirmation call.
I kept calling him to check the status. Remember that I paid for the bedroom in full when I placed the order. When I was on 2. Janvier finally caught someone, they said they could deliver the same day between 6pm and midnight! I accepted immediately as it had already been delayed by a week. Besides, when they finally arrived on the 2nd, the delivery men were so nice and brought furniture into the room that they realized they didn`t have the equipment! What type of QC exam do they have? Is this the first time they deliver?! Anyway, the bed could not be assembled! We called them and they said that the next day, between 8pm and 3pm, someone would come. My husband took a day off to be home and let her in. Around 2 p.m., my husband calls and learns that they will not come!!!! They apologize and schedule another delivery on the 3rd between 6 and midnight. But no one shows up!!!!!! We call again and they apologize again and say someone will come on Saturday. Saturday morning I receive an SMS informing me that my delivery is scheduled for Monday 6th! Under no circumstances do we take another day off. It`s 100% their fault and they`re not responsible for the mistake – that`s what frustrated us.
Mistakes happen and if they had taken a proactive approach to things and sincerely apologized, I wouldn`t have cared. But they acted as if they had nothing to do with the chaos that occurred. They offered us a $50 gift card, which, not to sound ungrateful, is really not enough given the level of their mistake. We spent over 2k on the bedroom set and wasted a lot of time and money just to get this bedroom set incomplete! All the while, my daughter has slept on the floor and the house is a mess because we can`t return the items to her room until they`re finished. I called back this morning and they told me they would send someone to deliver the material from 6 p.m. to midnight today. Let`s see if they actually appear. Living Spaces, you dropped the ball on it. Please do not acknowledge the mistake you made or make an effort to resolve the issue.
This is totally unacceptable. I wish I could give them 0 stars. DON`T GO HERE! We ordered a carpet from this company for a long time with thousands of dollars spent here on furniture, and the carpet was ordered incorrectly. The package was labeled correctly, but when we brought it home, we saw that the carpet was fake. We called the store and asked them to replace the carpet and bring the right carpet so we wouldn`t waste any more time. They refused to do so, so now I have to wait another day and go back to the camp to pick up the right carpet. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. The “manager” was of no help! Bought three pieces of furniture.
Bed frame, sofa and TV stand 1. Delivery: The bed frame is fine. The sofa and TV stand are broken. Exchange ordered 2. Delivery: One of the delivery people has a broken hand. The other person tried every possible opportunity to show flaws on the couch and succeeded. 3. Delivery: The sofa looked good but the TV stand is not yet delivered because it is not in stock 4. Delivery: I never took place because I received a call from Living Spaces stating that the new TV stand had been identified as broken. Last pickup: TV cabinet turned over and sofa. Will never buy in living quarters.
Cheap quality furniture. Rude customer service staff and absolutely no quality control. Stay away For budget-conscious shoppers looking for a bargain, Living Spaces 9 offers factory center locations as well as exit and liquidation furniture that can be purchased online. With over 360 items in their online POS section, budget-conscious shoppers can browse Living Spaces` contemporary designs. However, unlike their inexpensive pieces, Living Spaces exit furniture cannot be customized. Living Spaces exit parts start at $45 for home décor items like mirrors and go up to $1,810 for living room sets. Overall, customers appreciate cheaper output furniture, but some complaints about perceived quality and durability have been mentioned for some output furniture. We were looking for new furniture for my home and decided to visit Living Spaces. Parking was huge and plenty of space available. On Labour Day, most items were on sale. The visual display with all the furniture is very organized, which makes shopping very easy. All the staff is very nice, helpful and approachable.
They offer a fixed upfront shipping fee, which was a good deal. You can ship as many items as you buy at once for a one-time shipping fee. They have an exit center for discounts or commodities. I saw some bargains on beds, closets, chairs, etc. The lounges will tell you the date and time slot of your shipment for arrival. They made delivery so easy. Update**** I have been contacted by customer service and the issue has been resolved and corrected. Not only did they apologize, but they also took care of me and I bought the table and it was delivered the same day!!! Thank you to Living Spaces for making a difference in my experience. I`ll be right back. Let`s start by saying that if I could have made less than 1 star, I would have done it. I bought a dining table on June 16 and was told that the chairs were made to order and it would take 7-10 business days to receive the chairs.
This wasn`t a problem, but I found that the 7-10 business days start from the moment they are shipped from Southern California. So I called what was supposed to be a customer service center on July 2, and that was the beginning of the downward spiral. I informed the person I spoke to that I had only heard of my furniture than I had heard of anyone. At that time, he told me that the countdown starts from the shipping date and that the chairs were shipped on June 17, which would have placed them in Texas around June 28 and 29.
